Hello! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist recently relocated to Colorado with my husband and two sweet dogs. I was drawn to massage therapy out of the desire to help others and a deep appreciation for the lifelong learning it offers. I truly became passionate about massage therapy after I experienced an injury that temporarily kept me from doing the things I love. During my recovery massage and physical therapy became so important to me and inspired me to pursue this healing path myself. I completed over 750 hours of training at Hawaii Massage Academy and am certified in Swedish, lomi lomi, hot stone, reflexology and sports massage. I am committed to continuing my education to improve my skills and techniques to better support the goals and needs of every client I work with. I believe that every body is unique- each carrying stress, tension and energy in different ways. That’s why I take a personalized approach to every session, tailoring each massage to the individual.
